The CGF Portal is a secure password protected application specifically designed to capture and manage data and share information on Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) events such as the Commonwealth Games, Commonwealth Youth Games, General Assemblies, Regional Meetings, Chef de Mission Seminars and other CGF events.

The CGF Portal enable’s the CGF to capture registration data, send messages and share information with all attending delegates and guests. All delegates and guests will be able to execute agreements, submit registration data and defined groups of delegates can have their administrators’ complete registrations on behalf of delegates.

Matched with the plus1percent business tool, all data and information required to run a successful major event can be managed using the plus1percent system including:

• delegate registrations

• travel bookings along with arrival and departure reports

• hotel accommodation reports for all delegates across multiple hotels

• accreditation card and identity photo management

• passport and visa management

• uniform sizing

• contact and profile information

• any other adhoc data as required
